1. Acceptance
By accessing VERO you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
VERO is a trust infrastructure that helps foreigners access verified relocation services in Thailand. We do not provide legal, immigration, medical or financial advice. We surface vetted partners; the contractual relationship for any service is between you and the partner.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account.
5. Memberships & payments
Membership fees are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel any time — access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds outside of statutory rights are at our discretion.
6. Partner services
Quality, pricing and timing of partner services are governed by each partner’s terms. VERO mediates trust and offers concierge support but is not liable for partner performance.
7. Acceptable use
No fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, infringing or unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
All VERO content, branding and software are owned by VERO. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the service.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VERO’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Bangkok.
