1. Who we are
VERO is the trust infrastructure for global living. We help foreigners moving to or living in Thailand access verified visa, housing, healthcare, insurance, banking and community services. References to “VERO”, “we”, “our” or “us” mean VERO Global Co., Ltd.
2. What data we collect
- Account & profile: name, email, country, nationality.
- Relocation profile: target move date, budget, family situation, primary interest, biggest challenge, goals.
- Communications: messages you send through consultation, support or community forms.
- Usage: pages visited, events triggered, device & browser information.
- Payment data (when you purchase a plan): processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
3. How we use your data
To deliver our services, personalise relocation guidance, match you with vetted partners, send transactional and (where permitted) marketing emails, improve our product through analytics, and meet our legal obligations.
4. Lawful basis
We rely on (a) your consent, (b) the performance of our contract with you, (c) our legitimate interest in operating and improving VERO, and (d) compliance with applicable laws including the Thailand PDPA and the EU GDPR.
5. Sharing
We share data only with vetted partners (e.g., visa firms, clinics, banks) when you explicitly request a service, our service providers (Stripe, Supabase, email infrastructure) under data-processing agreements, and authorities when legally required.
6. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside Thailand. We use appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
7. Retention
We keep account data for the life of your account plus 24 months. Anonymous analytics may be retained longer for trend analysis.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of your data, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email privacy@veroglobal.co.
9. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is role-based and audited.
10. Changes
We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
